Another favorite tradition of ours is going to another church that transforms the basement into the town of Bethlehem at Christmas. We really enjoy this tradition!
Amanda helped to make a basket.
Amelia listened but had no interest in making a basket she was tired from being woke from yet another nap! She is really ready for January so she can actually get all of her naps in! The girl loves to nap!
This church also has a live nativity with more dirty animals for Amelia to pet.
Inside the girls made Christmas ornaments with the help of mammaw.
They had cookies and punch that the girls enjoyed! What a neat gift to the community this church does for free. The time and hard work put into it by church volunteers is really quite amazing and another reason we feel blessed at Christmas through this fun but meaningful tradition!
