End of the year review-October

October was full with fall festivals! We went to three different ones and Amanda loved them all!

She went to Chick-filet and then road the train! One of our favorite activities!

We discovered another playground at a park that we didn't know about! Enjoyed a day at a local pumpkin patch farm and feeding the goats! At least, until they started eating her shoes!

We visited several different playgrounds!

I went away for the first time and left Amanda with mamaw and papaw and daddy for 4 days! I was greeted with a smile and hug at the airport:)

Hand painting a pumpkin!

When I went to Texas for the mops convention I was able to see a friend who had moved there the last night I was there-she moved there after we worked together

I went to the convention with this friend and we got a little silly but trust me, nothing compared to what some of the women did! It is amazing how being away from home brings out the immaturity in a lot of women! Some wore tiaras the entire time, and boas, very strange:)

Amanda picking a pumpkin at the patch!

When we went to the pumpkin patch farm we got there around 11 and stayed until a little after 5! We were just having too much fun with those slides!

Another hayride!

What did I tell ya the girl has a thing for tractors!

She loved the cow milking show

A nightly game of hide and seek
remained a favorite activity with Amanda discovering a hiding place that I couldn't even find her in!

Her new love of moon bounces this year continues because her cousins got her this one for her birthday

The highlight of October was our baby girl turning three! She had a party at a local gym!

Riding the train

For Halloween she wanted to be a pink Minnie mouse!

Party at home

party at the gym

She started out having an Abby Cadabby party but added the princesses, Elmo, and Minnie Mouse to it so nothing matched but it was her day!

I know what she wished for!

Her actual birthday was on a Sunday and we just happened to be teaching her class that day!

End of year review-November

November- we hosted a baby shower for a friend:)
I love this pic of every lady concentrating so hard on
a game! I have never seen a room filled with women so quiet!

Enough food? The fellow hostesses out did themselves!

The beautiful mom to be!

The gorgeous cake!

Amanda loaned me some of her toys to decorate with!

The youngest attender! Another fall festival and pony ride.

We celebrated another friend's impending
delivery of baby number 3 at a local restaurant.

Girl time was fun!

We celebrated Thanksgiving and had a very special helper!
She kept asking "What job can I do?"

Thanksgiving after dinner entertainment was fabulous!
The girls sang for about 3o minutes:)

(Amanda designed this shirt at Great Wolf Lodge)

This is after we took in our first movie at the theatre as a family:)

While I was out shopping one November day- a pantry fairy came
and organized our pantry! A very nice surprise!

Amanda stuffed a baby up her shirt and told me she had a baby in her tummy and was going shopping! Her girlfriend gave her this shopping cart for her birthday and she plays with it every day!

She started ordering her own food at restaurants!

She loved filling boxes for needy children-her expressions are priceless when discussing kids who are not as blessed as she is. She definitely has a heart of compassion for others, from hugs to the child crying in the nursery, to wanting to give her baby doll to a little girl with nothing! I hope she continues to love people and care ab0ut their needs as much as she does already!

She made a home run when playing t-ball at sports class!

We went to a fun farm as a family with our moms group. We saw animals, went for a pony ride, ate lunch, rode a tractor and had lots of family fun with friends!

We enjoyed a nice lunch at one of favorite restaurants with a former co worker friend of daddy's-Amanda adores her!

Those silly girls!

This was Amanda's third hayride this year and she loves them-do I have a farm girl on my hands?

Daddy liked it too!

Amanda loves this little friend!

She loves this little friend too!

Yep, November was a fun month for us with lots of fun family memories and pictures of silly smiles!

See the baby in her tummy? It cracks me up when kids do stuff like this!

Amanda had her three year old checkup and loved it! Yes, this child has always been excited about going to the doctor-

We love our doctor and the practice! I went there as a child too.

The doctor always talks to me first and Amanda sat quietly and waited until she had enough and said, "mom stop talking so I can get my check up!"
We had bible club in November and made a big Thanksgiving tree. We made little ones at home and this year I am happy to report I made the tree! November was a fun month!
