Disney Cruise/Dolphin Fun!

The ship docked in the Bahamas and off we went for a swim with the dolphins!

We boarded a smaller tour boat and went for a tour of Atlantis. It looks like a fun place and is on our bucket list to explore more one day but for this trip we just wanted to swim with the dolphins.

Celebrity homes!

Hello Atlantis!

Celebrity homes!

This girl loved napping in the port hole!

It was fun to see all the celebrity homes and we had a very well educated celebrity tour guide so it was fun to see all the homes. Oprah's house was quite grand! When we were on a sailboat tour in Turks and Caicos we learned Oprah has a home there as well. All these homes and she still hasn't had us over!
The water was gorgeous but I still think the water at Turks and Caicos was prettier.

Here we met Salvador! He was so sweet!

Afterwards we were told the kids could play on all of this inflatable equipment and hang out at the private beach all day. When we got there we were told it was closed for a private party which irritated us a tad since we paid extra for the excursion. We decided to let it go and write a letter when we got home. (Disney refunded half of our money for the Dolphin excursion which was cool of them!) Disney rates high in customer satisfaction in my book! They told us they had wished we would have told them while still on the cruise so they could have made up for it then! Love Disney!

In the background is Oprah's house and she owns the one next to it also.

We all got to spend time with the dolphin getting to know him. We got to hug him!

We got to kiss him!

Amelia didn't know what to think about the kiss!

He kissed me twice! I guess he thought I was special!

Looks like a pro here!
Such a fun time! We loved it!

Disney Cruise part 4

We hung out with some princesses and took some pics! It was different having pictures made with the princess on the ship versus at Disney World. At Disney the princesses don't spend a whole lot of time since there is always a long line...but on the cruise each princess talked to the girls for a while. Sometimes, I thought they talked a little too long and was wanting them to hurry up! ha

We had the late dinner seating which we LOVED! We ordered room service late afternoon to hold us over for the later dinner and it gave us a chance to go to the show before dinner and not feel so rushed during the day to get ready for dinner.

The show was wonderful and the girls loved it!

We took a pic with Captain Mickey!

The girls loved going back to our room each night as our steward would always make an animal out of towels or blankets!

The girls loved sleeping in the bunk beds and we have had a request or two for them at home now.

The dinners rotated between four different restaurants. I loved them all.

Amanda didn't want to wear an Elsa dress so she settled for her Elsa t-shirt and barrette.

Amelia loved wearing her Elsa dress to dinner.

We loved the restaurant and had the same servers every night. They rotated through the restaurants with us so we got to know them and they learned the first night that I do not like raw salmon so we were set for the week!

The girls loved having chocolates left for them each night!

Our first night's animal was a seal. So cute.

The girls were picked up by the Kids Club staff after they finished eating dinner at the restaurant so hubby and I could have dessert and alone time together which was nice. The first night at pick up I took this picture and got in trouble. No picture taking allowed near kids club due to security! Just as I took this pic I got in trouble hence hubby looking at me funny! ha

What a long day! Amelia was soooo tired!

We decorated our door with magnets! I was glad we did some research as far as what to expect so we brought them with us. Most people decorate their cabin doors!

Very tired but very happy!

We ordered late night room service because why not? When you can get a free Mickey bar brought to you before bedtime you are crazy to pass them up!

The next day we arrived in Nassau and The Atlantis! We had a storm in the middle of the night so the boat rocked a little more than I would have liked my first night but I survived once we got the hangers to stop clanging in the closet! ha
