The girls and I, are sad we haven't had enough snow to sled and make a real snowman outside this winter so we decided to make our own for lunch. We made snowmen sandwiches one day with cookie cutters, pretzels, raisins, carrots, and cream cheese for Amanda to take to school to share a snowmen snack with her peers. She loved them but we wanted something a little different one day so we found this in one my magazines.
Amanda was the cooking instructor and wrote on the easel after we completed each step.
She also wrote how she loves cooking! (She failed to mention that she has to be in the mood, but hey don't we all?)

I love this smile! When she smiles like this she reminds me of a friend who has a daughter who smiled just like this when she was this age.We are still going to pray for a blizzard but until that comes we might have to settle for bagel snowmen!
