The day after her birthday sadly, we had to return to our favorite hospital. Amelia was born there just four years ago so we were there four years ago recovering. This visit we got to leave those naughty tonsils and adenoids! Amelia was diagnosed with sleep apnea and at night when she was lying down, things swelled and her nasal airway was completely blocked. She could be heard snoring all the way downstairs. It was worse than Amanda due to her size and the size of her tonsils. The doctor said they were touching each other.
While waiting we took pictures like we did with Amanda. They had added some new games since our last visit.
We took the blog posting of Amanda's surgery with us and walked her through the process using Amanda's pictures. The doctor loved that we did that and they told us it really help keep her calm. So all my picture taking came in handy!!!!!!!!!!
We even made faces like we did with Amanda!
I am almost certain most people thought we were completely nuts in the waiting room but you know, it kept her calm so we really didn't care too much about the others.
Walking back, she started to get a little nervous but everyone was sooo good there.

Watching TV she got a little cold so we wrapped up.
She chose to bring Grumpy with her to the hospital.......so cute!
When she woke up Miss Energetic was not so happy due to the meds and said, "Lets never come back to this place again!" They decided to keep her overnight and then changed their minds a few hours later which we were so thankful for!
